Grouchy Haven is over 15 years old and this year I'm looking to put all my props out.  To do this I will need to fix some of my aging props, of which some are over 15 years old.   May add some new props, we'll see.

First order of business was to build a new structure for the 3 singing pumpkins to sit on.  Last year I used a large box that was just flimsy and effected the projected image.
Above is a photo of the box I used last year.  You can see I had to use a piece of wood to prevent the box from caving in.
This year I built a ridged wooden frame wrapped in Coroplast (plastic cardboard).  Will be much easier to set up this year.
Picked up this flasher skeleton that was on sale at Big Lots that I will modify like I normally do for all purchased props.
Tombie & Oliver will be back this year.  Had to do a rebuild of their servo motors.  Below is a link of how I build Tombie 15 years ago.

This year I wanted to enclose the projector I use of my Nightmare Before Christmas Jack prop, so I will be making a Zero Tombstone since I already have a Zero dog.  Below are links to two good DIY on YouTube:

Unlike the two shown on YouTube, I will make mine to be taken apart since I need to store it in my attic with all the other Halloween items.
Made a swing for my swinging skeleton using some 2x4x8 and sawhorse brackets.  Much quicker setup than trying to hang him from the tree.
Below are some photos from Halloween night.
