Skelly Chair

Early this year I purchased a used 12 foot HD skeleton at a great deal that I intended to use for other uses instead of just standing. Purchased a complete skelly 10 joint kit from Napier Family Lights.

This page provides an overview of the PCV chair that was made to put him in.

Below shows the 2" PCV parts used to make the chair. Purchased the connectors from Amazon.

1 - 4 2" 3-way fittings

2 - 4 2" 4-way fittings

3 - 4 90 degree fittings

4 - 2 Tee female fittings

5 - 4 44" length 2" PVC

6 - 11 37" length 2" PVC

7 - 2 23" length 2" PVC

8 - 4 22.5" length 2" PCV

Not shown is one 42" x 42" cut 1/4" plywood or similar.

The above instruction contain an error about a 1" piece of 2" PVC pipe that is not needed.

Lower pole assembly made up of :

4 44" length PVC

Base made up of :

4 37" length PVC

4 3-way fittings

Seat assembly made up of :

4 37" length PVC

4 4-way fittings

Seat assembly installed on top of 44" PCV.

Arm assembly made up of :

2 37" length PVC

2 Tee fittings

2 90 degree fittings

Install 4 22.5" length PVC

Arm assembly attached to top of 22.5" PVC

Install 2 23" length PVC

Backrest top made up of :

1 37" length PVC

2 90 degree fittings

Backrest installed on top of 23" PVC
