This year added the following:
- Newly Dead that I purchased from Costco. Have painted their faces and will be hacking the controller box to add foot plate activation for all three languages.
- Walmart Titian 7 foot skeleton. Will modify the skull with realistic animated eyes, similar to what is on Home Depot 12 foot skeleton.

The Newly Dead have arrived and their first trip was to the beach.
Above is animated eye mask called Monster M4SK from Adafruit that I will be installing in my Walmart 7 foot tall Titan Skeleton.
The first step was to cut the back of his skull open to allow access to the inside of his skull. Once his brain was removed the next step is to hallow out his eye sockets.
Above shows his eyes hallowed out.
The above shows the kit with optional: Convex lenses, hardware kit to hold lenses in place, jumper wire to allow the eyes to be spaced apart and battery.
Hot glued the eyes in place.
